This is the Privacy Policy governing your use of the Premium Sports Square Site. By using this Site, you consent to our Privacy Policy set out below. All terms not defined in this document have the meanings ascribed to them in the Terms of Use Agreement between you and Premium Sports Square which by use of this Site you agree to accept.

Premium Sports Square will respect the confidentiality of, and endeavour to keep safe, any and all personal data collected and/or stored and/or used by, or on behalf of Premium Sports Square .

Where an individual legitimately requests access to and/or correction of personal data held by Premium Sports Square  relating to him/her, then Premium Sports Square will provide and/or correct such personal data in accordance with the requirements of the Ordinance.

For the purpose of carrying on the business of Premium Sports Square, including the sale of products and services online through its Internet site, psshk.com, you will be requested to provide certain personal data, including :

your name;
shipping address, and/or billing address;
contact details, including contact name and telephone number or email address; and

Premium Sports Square may also collect data relating to your online session, the use of which is to provide aggregated, anonymous, statistical information on the usage of server so that we may better meet the demands and expectations of visitors to our sites. This type of data may include :

We currently provide online access to and correction of personal data held by Premium Sports Square. For online access and correction, you may login to our on-line platform, choose [My Account], then amend the information at the [My Profile] page. Please refer to the section below captioned [Access and Correction of Personal Data] for details on how you can obtain and correct any personal data if you elect not to use our online access to and correction of personal data.

Retention of Personal Data

In accordance with the internal retention policy of Premium Sports Square, your personal data will only be retained for as long as is necessary to fulfil the original or directly related purpose for which it was collected (unless such personal data must be retained to satisfy any applicable statutory or contractual obligations).

For example, if Premium Sports Square were served with a court order demanding certain customer information, then Premium Sports Square would disclose the information to a duly appointed officer of the court or to such other person as the court orders.

Require Premium Sports Square to correct any personal data relating to them which is inaccurate for the purpose for which it is being used; and
Ascertain policies of Premium Sports Square and practices in relation to personal data.

Direct Marketing

Premium Sports Square may occasionally use your personal data to contact you for promotional purposes or to provide you with marketing or other information.
In accordance with the requirements of the Ordinance, Premium Sports Square will honour a request from an individual not to use his/her personal data for the purposes of direct marketing. If you do not wish to receive direct marketing material from Premium Sports Square, please email us at sales@psshk.com. Your request should clearly state details of the personal data in respect of which your request is being made. Please also state the authority under which you are authorised to make such a request.
Unless otherwise instructed, Premium Sports Square may use any of the personal data collected in the normal course of its business for promotional and marketing purposes.
